At James Jean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
